We are so lucky to be able to organise great events in inspiring places. Thailand was the paradise location for 100 of our clients' customers. Outdoor activities are always a popular attractions - this year offered loads of options - kayaking, dragon boat racing and cycling (around a whole island!)

Skiing and a business meeting? YES PLEASE.

What a combination. It could be a long day of activity, but filled with heavy duty business sessions that are tempered by the white, fluffy stuff.

We were quickly on to the 'virtual' meeting / social scene. Tastes, sight and smells are what a large part of our events are all about. In this case we managed to bring it to our delegates. Zoom was engaged, our expert cheese and wine buff hosted the group and we registered the delegates and sent out their packs. Tip: there is a solution for everything, there is nothing to hold us back, we just need to adapt. Easy.

Interesting venues are always crowd pullers. Unusual venue spaces offer another dimension to meetings and the Bombay Sapphire Distillery was the perfect high-end solution for a recent event. A tour around the distillery at the end of the day topped off a great business event! 

Venues that are picked carefully can make very interesting budget conscious meetings. We made the most of the inbuilt theming at the London Film Museum for a conference for 150 people. We used the venue to its full potential and even introduced delicious boxed lunches (something we will see more of in the future)
